Hi, I’m Claudia Wood, and I’ve spent over 35 years in the early childhood field, dedicating my life to supporting the best outcomes for young children. My love for kids and belief that every child deserves the best start in life inspired me to create Cultivating Care.

I am passionate about helping teachers build meaningful connections with children through love, care, and engaging, playful activities. My mission is to inspire educators to find the joy in their work, creating nurturing environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Through Cultivating Care, I aim to share my knowledge, experience, and love for early childhood education with others. I believe this field is vital, and I’m committed to helping teachers feel confident, inspired, and connected to the incredible work they do. Together, we can create brighter futures for children while celebrating the joy of teaching and learning.
